Enrolment: If you are interested in improving your reading or writing, joining a spelling group, getting to grips with maths or getting up to speed with computers, please call Breda in the Literacy Office on 01 8036238.
Hobby / Continuing Education Classes
Registration for our Continuing and Community Education programmes opened on Monday 2nd September. Some classes may still have spaces so call the office on 01 8671845 or go to our Hobby & Interest page.
All are welcome to drop into the centre 9am - 4pm.
Classes are 1.5 hours duration.
Students in the literacy service can avail of tuition of up to 6 hours a week, over 2 to 3 mornings/afternoons, Monday to Friday.
Thursday evening students can avail of 3 hours tuition.
Courses are free within the Reading and Writing Service. (See our Literacy pages)

Our Literacy Service provides courses that will improve your Reading, Writing, Numeracy and IT skills for everyday living and employability skills.
We also offer a range of part-time hobby classes such as Pilates, Yoga, Painting & Drawing, Bridge, and Continuing Education classes such as French, Spanish, Irish and many more. Listings, descriptions, times and fees can be found on Hobby & Interest courses.
All KLEAR tutors, both 1-1 and group, are specifically trained to support adult learning. Time is given to students to acquire skills, and tutors are aware that progress is often made in small stages.
All are welcome to drop into the centre 9am - 4pm.
